There are several threads about shrinking your penis, but I’m curious if there’s a way to permanently shrink your testicles.

Mine used to be huge. I mean, billiard ball huge. After 4.5 years of herbal phytoestrogens and anti-androgens, I switched to pharmaceutical estrogen two years ago. My 2nd anniversary of HRT was last week. Myboobs have been on a growth kick the last two months and photo link was taken upon waking from a nap today. My continued goal is for them to get as big as they can. The bigger, the better.

However, it seems as if I’ve hit a wall with my testicles. They’re now the size of a small grape. I’ve been on the cimetidine program non stop for months, Erect penis is less than 3” and at rest is about one inch. It’s doubtful I can get a smaller penis at this point, but I’m curious if it’s possible to shrink my testicles further, outside of the use of alcohol injections.

What’s the physical limit to shrinking them down to the size of a pea, and can anyone offer any advice on how to do this?

If your dick won't shrink anymore, might it be logical your balls have reached the smallest size they will get?

Perhaps. I’m unsure and was wondering if anyone had any experience in this area. I’ve heard that Cypro will shrink them, but I am unsure how far. Maybe they shrank all they’re going to shrink. What’s the actual physical limit?

I had used Androcur for 4 years, got myself permanently chemically castrated. I used estrogen on and off. Then Cimetidine. Like you, my penis and testicles have shrunk to pretty much the same size as yours. I have concluded that I have done enough of these drugs, all of which have side effects on other parts of my body, like liver, kidney, and worst of all bones. (Going to get my third bone density scan today as part of the treatment to contain my osteopenia.)

Though I would have loved them even smaller, I am quite satisfied with the way they are now. If I want them even smaller at a later time, a surgery would probably have to be the only option.

No data, but I'd suspect that the 'shrink limit', at least w/o physically destructive approaches like CaCl, is going to be on the order of what you had pre-puberty...

One of our last trips to the beach I was uncomfortable about taking off my shirt when my wife looked me dead in the eye and said, “You grow ‘em, you show ‘em”. LoL.

That was three years ago and she no longer chides me about that. Haha. Mine are still growing, so I’d love it if they doubled the size they are now. I’m throwing everything I can at them.

sftineun, I think I’m pretty much done with the Cimetidine therapy. It did what it’s supposed to do and I see no more room for improvement there. My goal always has been big boobs. My T is crushed and it’s factory is closed. I’ll keep taking Cimetidine as an antiacid, but I don’t think continued high dosing will see any further benefits. The package can’t get much more smaller, and I think it’s reached its physical limits.

My testicles have shrunk significantly with 7 years on TRT. I would tell you how much, but they almost never descend any more, even in the shower. They're MAYBE grape-sized. And I also tend to agree that your prepubescent size is probably the lower limit.

How true this is! I have three procedures on a wish list, BA, FFS & Vaginoplasty. In that order. I did start back a week ago wearing panties 24/7, and that has had a remarkable effect on their own. I’ve gone commando around the house in my skirts for 8 years and I realized this week after doing a hard days work in the yard in my kilt-skirt & panties, I’d shrank a nice bit. I started only removing them for shower and 23.5 hours a days being confined has them fitting snug & secure in panties, so I’m going that route for now. The best part is I now have a flat front on my skirt. LoL. Gone is the floppy bulge <3

I also tried tight panties last winter and I felt less horny with much less masturbation desire compare to last fall. I was not 24/7 but still I felt a difference. Do you think that this could be possible with a on and off warmed testicule (absence of "s" in not a mistake) I thought so, as with less panties during hot summer desire for masturbation came back for which I can't help. Still I see no shrinkage for the gonad but I'm looking for more serious compliance on panties in nest fall and winter.

How about some hot water bath in addition to the panties?
