I'm giving Androcur a try a short story

I've been wanting to get rid of my testicles and scrotum since my mid 20's and now at 48 I'm going to pursue that goal. I'm going to start with Androcur and stay on it for at least 4-6 months as a test drive. I tried it two years ago and after two weeks at 100 mg per day I realized that I had a physical scheduled a month out and they were testing for T so stopped and didn't go back to it. I postponed the physical for an extra month thinking that everything should be back to normal by then but I was wrong. I didn't want the doctor to discover any T problems because I wasn't sure what I really wanted at that time.
About 1-2 weeks after stopping my sex drive plummeted. All my normal erections stopped. I could still get hard but it was weak and I didn't always manage to get off. I remember going an entire month without masturbating. I was focused on more important things and I didn't miss it. 6 weeks after I stopped I noticed that I starting getting occasional nocturnal erections again but getting off was still a chore and my sex drive was still way down. The bloodwork from my physical came back and my T level was 180. My doctor offered me T injections and I declined and told him that I would rather take care of the other matter first and then we can revisit the T problem later. I told him that I felt fine and that I didn't notice much of a difference. From that appointment I went off to a specialist about something else and I've never discussed it with him again. From what I told him he can only assume that I've had low T for a long time and it hasn't been a problem for me. So when I go back to him chemically castrated it will appear like a slow decline from an existing problem instead of a sudden surprise. Not only was my T level really low 6 weeks later, but get this, my sex drive and performance didn't return to normal until about 7 months later.
Judging from that, Androcur has a pretty powerful effect on me so I'm going to keep my doses low. I might start with 100mg and then go a month or less and then drop that down to 50mg. And then work on getting it down to 25mg using monthly saliva testing. So by month 3 I'll be on 25mg and if my T level is 50 or below and it doesn't go up, then I'll stay at 25 mg a day. This way I might not have any side effects at all at some point. The Last time had these short little head rushes a few times a day and I was a little less energetic at 100 mg. But two days after stopping it went away and my energy went back up. None of these things were a problem when I was on it before so this should go pretty well. I should have the medication by the end of next week. I'm pretty excited about experiencing the changes but right now it is hurry up and wait until my order arrives.
