Could it be an Evolutionary Miracle?

In a post elsewhere, I made a joke about having my balls made into earrings to sort of advertise my eunuch status, once the job's been done.

This however raises another interesting question. After about a week I'd estimate, the earrings would be starting to get rather ripe, so as to speak.

Would this mean that I would become a sideshow freak, the first eunuch with ears that smell?

Sorry,

Billy.

It's possible, although I have seen jewelry made from moose turds for sale at various tourist destinations in Maine, including earings....

However there is a technique for making non-smelly jewelry from biological material, namely 'lost wax casting'... Essentially it consists of coating the item in a casting plaster (similar to plaster of paris) and then heating in an oven at very high temperature to burn out the item material leaving a hollow shell that can then be used as a mold for metal or casting plastics. I've seen this done with things like octopus tentacles, tree nuts and seeds, leaves, and so on, and the results are quite impressive
