Any advice for a medication or method that can stop erections? I've seen people talk about Avodart but that requires a prescription here. I've been trying cimetidine but while that seems to have worked a little to shrink the balls I'd really like a small penis and stopping erections seems like the best way to do it, if the lack of erection became permanent that'd be fine with me. I'm not taking any other medications, I don't want any feminisation, and I'd like my T levels to stay where they're at if that's possible.

Have you read the sticky about Chemical Castration at the top of the section? If not, that's a good place to start as it lists most of the options.
Unfortunately I don't think the combination you are after is possible, as pretty much all of the erection stopping drugs work by getting rid of T. Once the T is gone, you are likely going to have some level of feminization, how much depends on what you do for hormone replacement.

Have you tried getting married? That usually does the trick.
Yes, I'm kidding.

I don't understand why the question about "to stop erection" comes up.

surgical castration worked for me. before, i believe i had damaged myself enough to cause a drastic drop in T which drastically reduced erections but not completely. its now been almost 2 months with zero! and i’m loving the silence! but i do think the resulting loss of T is what did it. i have not gotten feminine (possibly very slightly but not noticeable to the general public and my family has not noticed either). i’d avoid meds. i may use female hormone therapy eventually but no specific plan now and there is no way i’ll do T. i really don’t know how chemical castration will have an effect on erections but i was very eager to have it done surgically. that might be the most sure way to achieve what you are looking for. and oh yes, i believe but don’t know (yet) that with a loss of erection, there is eventual size reduction.

Just suggestin' but seems like that thread ought to be a sticky... Definitely interesting to see how many drugs are on that list, and I know that my doc never mentioned the issue for any of the ones I've ever taken....

A drug specifically to stop erections is something scientists have sought out, in particular to prevent painful erections following adult circumcision, and have failed to find. A randomised study was done on an anti-fungal drug which previously showed promise but was proved to be no better than placebo. The only way currently is to suppress testosterone.

Feminization is far more than just breast growth and much of it is subtle and most people can't really describe what is different but they may tell that something is changed. Body hair is obvious but skin changes, fat distribution in the face, neck and other places, etc. The body also works best if you have an optimal level of either male or female hormones. It affects bones, brain, cardiovascular system, thyroid, eyes and probably other things.
