Spoke to a representative from in-house today. She said they have changed airlines and the new one only flies out of very two weeks instead of every week like the former airline. I ordered on Feb 4th, they cancelled the flight on the 11th and now it might fly off of the island on the 21st then sit in US customs a week. Just a heads up on ordering anything.

I wondered what was going on, I ordered something a couple of weeks ago and it's still not showing up at USPS but says it went through a dispatch on the 8th, processed through a VANUATU facility on the 11th and again shows going through a VANUATU facility again on the 14th.

Thanks for the heads up!

That is what I was taking before I was able to get my PCP to write me a scrip for Estradiol here in the USA. I cannot say if it's the most recommended.

Well one of the other changes I guess coming with a different airline, is that my packages now go into Los Angeles for Customs instead of New York. My package that I ordered on the 8th finally arrived in Los Angeles on the 23rd and it appears to still be there today the 28th.

Just an update.

- 2/21 - I placed an order on line with InHouse.

- 2/21 - I received email from InHouse that because I was using echecks, their payment processor had to call me to verify my information.

- 2/24 - I received the call.

- 2/25 - I received email from InHouse confirming shipment of my order, with tracking number.

- 2/26 - InHouse portal shows parcel was dispatched.

- 2/28 - My bank shows the payment was cleared.

- 3/03 - USPS started tracking parcel in Vinuatu.

- 3/09 - USPS updated arrival of parcel in Los Angeles.

- 3/14 - Package arrived at my address in San Francisco.

InHouse has been very good keeping me up-to-date as to status when parcel is on their end. Not sure what happened in the 6 days between InHouse getting a tracking number for the parcel (presumably from the post office there) and the start of actually tracking by USPS system. Meanwhile, USPS took a whole 5 days to move my parcel for a 6 hour drive distance. LOL

All in all, I am happy with InHouse, as I had been a customer for quite a few years already. Besides, there doesn't seem to have any choice for people in the US.
