I don't know much about banding. I always thought banding is what was used for castration. Are these bands not as "small"? If it was left on, would the castration happen? Sounds like some damage has occurred.

There were many photos online of his castration healing process at one time, it wasn't pretty. I'm not sure where anyone would find those images now.

I can live without the images.

I am totally for using the elastrator. But some thinking about. But not interested to discuss and ready for effectfull use. Not interested in penectomy. Maybe anyone is interested?

Elastrators on humans are a generally bad idea. It more often than not ends up with complications requiring medical intervention.

Worth pointing out that I don't think there is ANY (approved) animal use of an elastrator on the penis, just on the balls... I'd expect it would be problematic to use one for a penectomy as I'd expect it to collapse the urethra... Aside from any other complications not being able to pee is going to be a major problem... (I suppose one could cut a hole in the urethra before the band, but still...)

Purely speculating here, and I certainly have no desire to try it,(and am not suggesting anyone else should!) but reading some of the descriptions of failure on humans plus my not great knowledge of animal use makes me kick into my 'engineer mode' to try and figure out why it fails and how to fix it.... I think that the reason the elastrator fails is that the human bits compress more than the animal bits. This might mean that the band shrinks all the way before it has sufficiently squished things... Perhaps putting a cylindrical 'filler' into the band along side the scrotum before releasing the band would lead to more compression and shutting off blood flow / nerves, etc. Also possibly using a second band on top of the first one....

As to why human balls rot instead of drying and falling off like animal balls, perhaps it's because animals generally run around naked and get good airflow to take away any moisture, but us human types insist on covering everything up w/ moisture retaining clothes...

If you want tight banded balls, put 3 bands on and then a tie wrap over them and pull it tight. Then cut the tie strap and the bands will be tighter
