I wrote a fictional story "Spontaneos" by Ballsgone on 5/11/2013. It was about me having spontaneous erections and ejaculations uncontrollable. It lead in my story to my genitals and prostate being removed.

Strange but true I just read today 1/22/2022 and article about this exact thing. It is real "persistent genital arousal disorder PGAD. Or older name Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome PSAS. Seems to be the exact thing I was making up is a real deal. Affects mostly women but some men and medical community has yet to really find out why it happens. They don't cut off body parts like I described. check it out Psychology Today October 7. 2013
