Just an update on my trial with Cimetidine. First off, I have been a chemical eunuch since 2009. My genitals have all shrank significantly (I have posted details elsewhere) and no longer experience any erection without help from Viagra. My libido has dropped and can go without any release for 3-4 months.

However, I had to take testosterone replacement to help with my depression, fatigue and weight gain. Since then, my libido returned, generally wanting release once a week. Although I still don't get full erections without help, I get somewhat engorged much easier.

I read about Cimetidine in other posts on this forum and thought I would try it. I took 1,000 mg daily for a week. Didn't experience any further genital shrinkage immediately or other changes. As such, I stopped.

Now, about a month after I stopped Cimetidine, but continued my TRT. I noticed some nice progress:

1. My penis stayed mostly at its smallest size. Unlike before, my circumcised cock has shrank so much behind the shaft skin that I got a fake foreskin. When taking warm showers, it used to get a little longer when I pulled back the foreskin to wash, and I usually had to tuck it back in. Now, the head just hides back into the foreskin immediately before I finish my showers. When I wear tight underwear, the complete penis just tucks itself inside my body without any help.

2. My libido dropped quite a bit. I no longer have any sexual urge for this past month. And even with help from Viagra and my partner, I could barely stay hard.

While I don't think the penis has really shrunk significantly beyond all the shrinkage it already experienced from my chemical castration, after the course of Cimetidine, the penis certainly likes to stay at its smallest size. I have always been tucking the penis inside my body for decades. But usually, I need to push it in, and it rarely stays in when showering or peeing. Now, after Cimetidine, it comfortably stays tucked. I usually have to pull it out for washing, and soon after, it just tucks itself back in. Loving the progress so far.

Considering going for another course of Cimetidine to see how much smaller I can actually get.

Good luck with your continued experiment. I, like you, have shrunk so much that I too have the false foreskin. Truthfully at times, I look like a nullo mine is so small.

I just picked up three 60 count bottles of Equate brand Cimetidine. I’ll take 1,000mg a day until the bottle is gone, then I’ll take a break for a week or so and continue dosing.

While my penis is tiny now, unfortunately compared to the Bull Moose Cock I used to have, I still can achieve a less than three inch erection now with difficulty in times of needing a release. However, during the dosing program this is impossible.

I did recently read another study about Cimetidine where I had to chuckle as they recommended this program for horny Alzheimer’s patients lol.

I have found this product to be amazing, tbh. It completely caps off the (glands) that produce DHT and Testosterone, and they pretty much render your Leydig Cells null & void. They trigger a flood of prolactin, so for my purposes of growing breasts, this is a welcomed addition to my program.

I read everyone seems to be taking 1,000 mg for shrinkage. Wonder where that dosage came about.

Studies I read stated these results were obtained from prescribed doses of 800-1,600mg. I tried 800, 1000, 1600 and 1000 seemed to be the magic dose for me. 800 didn’t work that well. 1,600 was overkill and the absolute top end limit. That much is risky and economically wasteful. 1,000 seemed to be the sweet spot for me.

I read a study stating vitamin B-12 would reverse the effects of Leydig Cell Apoptosis from Cimetidine. Whether it will or not, I personally don’t know. That’s just what I read.

Stevenator, do you happen to recall where you read about it capping DHT/Testosterone production? I am curious to learn more about this drug.

No. I’ve read so many medical studies about this drug, that it made my eyes bleed. I’d suggest doing several internet searches for Cimetidine _______. Put in DHT, Testosterone, Sperm, Leydig Cells, Testicles, etc.

When I first started using Cimetidine, I only searched Cimetidine and Gynecomastia. Little did I know at the time that it might make your breasts grow in a period of years, but it’d also shrink your dick in a period of weeks.
