This is a very interesting question.

It was partially solved on one of the servers of The Eunuch Archive: on the Personals EA website, which, unfortunately, is not working at the moment. As I understand it, in order to restore its functionality, it is necessary to purchase the appropriate software, as well as other (including additional financial) means for its installation, start-up and operation.

Are there more specifics on that or how to help get it functional again?

The Staff is still debating a replacement software for the personals.
