Orchiectomy with Lowhangers and Varicocele Veins

Does anyone know if there are special issues with the removal of testicles that hang really low or have varicocele veins in the cords? Is the procedure any more difficult or easier? Are there issues with healing for an incision or incisions in a really floppy scrotum or a thick cord? Would there be more swelling? It would be good to hear anyone’s personal experience.
