If you take testosterone after, you should be able to do everything you do now except cause a pregnancy. If you can get an erection, you'll still be able to. When you cum, you'll still squirt.

There is no physical reason castration affects orgasms. Though not as intense as when I was intact mine are more full bodied and seem to last three or four times longer.

I presume this applies to those taking T replacement?

My understanding is that some males do keep the ability to orgasm, but it diminishes over time for most as the T is no longer produced in the testicles or the other glands small amounts of T are made.

I do not take TRT and have no issues with orgasms, though they are not that frequent.

If male levels of testosterone were required to orgasm then how on earth does a woman have one? Again, there is no physical reason a castrated man, with or without TRT, cannot orgasm.

I was castrated because my nuts were non-functioning after being on TRT. That just happens if you are taking shots or pellets. I wanted nice size implants and the doctor suggested that he take mine out.

My suggestion is that people look into a product called Natesto (look it up on YouTube). It's a nasal TRT. I like it because I have more control over how horny I want to be. I take it twice a day and I am able to JO daily if I want to.

If I am going to the gym, I can add an extra dose. It lasts in the system for about 5 to 6 hours.

If I take my first dose around lunch, them I will do a second dose in the evening. But if I take it early in the morning, I might do two other doses that day.

Compared to shots, you will have more control about how horny you want to be. I know some guys want to have some testosterone but not be as horny after being castrated. You can decide on a daily basis.

Certainly as long as you're ingesting T.
