Two Testicle Recipes

Below are links to two Youtube demonstrations of recipes for testicles. Both are Iranian in origin and a comment on the first is that The testicles of calves, lambs, and other animals are eaten in many parts of the world, often under euphemistic culinary names. Testicles are a by-product of the castration of young animals raised for meat, so they were probably a late-spring seasonal specialty, though nowadays they are generally frozen and available year-round. That may be true in Iranian supermarkets, although not in my local supermarket in California.

Thanks!
I enjoyed listening to the music of the Kraftwerk group.
I have never tasted such food. It's too exotic for me.
