Can dead balls cause cancer?
I've seen several posts claim that after killing your balls with alcohol, that you should have them surgically removed so they don't become cancerous. I'm curious to understand if there are any studies or scientific data that would validate this? Personally, I love the idea of having 2 tiny dead marbles, but not if they will become cancerous.

It probably depends on who you ask, and just how bad of a state your testicles are in when the doctor sees you. When I presented to my doctor several years ago with alcohol-damaged non-functioning shrunken testicles, I specifically asked if there was any risk with them in that state, and was told "No". It was only when they started causing pain that the decision was made to remove them, and even that took some time and other treatment first.

Re: Can dead balls cause cancer?
I wanted testicle implants since mine were mostly retracted inside me. My doctor said if non-functional testicles that stay in a warm place are at risk for tumors. The doctor said that in my case, the implants would keep my natural testicles pushed inside me and that would not be healthy. That is the main reason he suggested removing mine. The doctor castrated me before adding testicle implants (Feb 2019). The biopsy after confirmed that mine were non functional. I am not missing them. I like my new balls (solid silicone from AART).
I did chat with a married guy who was clamped by a cutter. He had it done with his wife there. And. he was tied down without painkillers. He said that after 30 seconds most of the pain went away if you are able to relax. The problem is that burdizzio balls often don't dissolve. The body forms a capsule around them and rotting tissue stays inside and could become a problem (including infection). Because of a recent website (that no longer exist) clamping appeared to be easy. Guys end up with a sealed pockets of rotting testicles. That is another reason why you should only work with a doctor. The guy told me that he needed surgery after to remove the dead testicles.

Re: Can dead balls cause cancer?
Thanks for all the info everyone. It definitely sounds like once the testicles are dead they should be removed.
