Millenial Joke

I was just watching Russel Howard, a British comedian. He was doing a routine about a newspaper article condemning 'millennials' for killing off the "English Full Breakfast".
*in a coarse London accent*
"What do these young'n's think they're doing?, eating quinoa and drinking gender fluid"
You can see it here:

at about 14:57
He presents it so well.

I've only seen images of the English Breakfast. I don't think I'd be up to that feast until at least 1PM.

You're not alone. I've only ever eaten them "to get my money's worth" at hotels when I've traveled and English breakfasts were on offer.
When Russel first said "and drinking gender fluid" I had a serious double take. Then I realised, and it just tickled my fancy so much...

Hi Valery,
There were two things here, that if the language and culture are not yours, could be not so well understood. For me, the actual joke I wanted to share was the image of a grumpy old man who is ill informed, misusing terms in his rant against some modern world that he vaguely feels he is no longer a major player in. This confusing modern age is symbolised by some things he's heard of, but actually knows little to nothing about. Quinoa and gender fluid.
The side chat about English Breakfasts was a bit of a red herring, really.

Every joke has some truth. When people joke, we often learn new things about ourselves. Thanks!
The very phrase said by the comedian struck me as funny. I deciphered these terms for myself (I'm such a nerd). Then I became curious what kind of breakfast people have. I like beautiful food photography. Nice serving improves your mood
