Has anyone here pursued a vaginoplasty as opposed to nullification surgery? I'm tentatively scheduled for this procedure in October.

I know someone who had a penile inversion done. Not 100% sure if it was as a replacement for nullification or not.

I had it done in Dec 2019… I know several others that have also done it.

so the obvious question in the room, what is it like? thought about it a bit but always been curious and interested in asking about it [never got around to asking the person I knew who got it as it was a sore topic for him]

I’m very happy I got it done… before I was kinda obsessed with the thoughts of it and now I’m completely calm. Before I was on antidepressants and now I’m not. I was healed enough for sex just before pandemic hit so that put a damper on things. Sex does feel good mentally and physically. I haven’t learned how to orgasm from intercourse but can via clitoris.

Dilating is time consuming and difficult when not at home… I also fear TSA inspecting my bag and taking out the dilator but that hasn’t happened. I have had some complications from surgery I had prostatitis and a UTI…

I rather love the look of a zero depth vaginaplasty. It gives the exterior look of a vulva, but without actually having a vaginal canal.

Very contradictory opinions on Zero Depth Vaginoplasty, for example:

As with all things it depends on the individual taste and the "end goal" of the person. What is right for one person will be wrong for another. In the case of my lover, he wants to remain male, just absent of any traditional male genitalia. He firmly is against having a vaginal canal, but is unsure if a ZDV or just a penectomy and castration would bring about the most long term satisfaction.

Very interesting articles, thanks for the links.

I'm glad to hear that you're happy with your surgery. I know that dilation is for life, but I thought the time required decreases over time.
