Oh, if anyone here has experience with the Royal Phnom Penh Hospital in Phnom Penh Cambodia, please chat me up. I've chatted with their urology department and.... I get the feeling they only take you serious if you show up and hand them a stack of cash. Anyhow, they quoted 7,000 to 7,400 u.s.d for the surgery and aftercare. It seems reasonable to me.
