Did someone have their glans cuted?

I would love to talk about it.

I'm talking about a safe operation with an urologist or gender change specialist.

I'm considering this change, but for a year or two, because now I'm starting castration in September and I'm not going to be able to deal with that for quite a while.

So in the meantime, as with castration, I am making inquiries, which can also be useful for others who share the same project.

Are you talking of glans removal or glans splitting? I have over a period of time split my glans in half and extended the split into the shaft part way. I have a two headed penis now, it feels fantastic. I do know of two guys that had split glans and later went on to removing each half of glans one side at a time. At this time I have now intention of removing my glans, I love how my split penis feels now.

No I was not talking about this method, but rather a surgery done by a dr

The method you describe is practiced outside of a medical context.

Maybe this is the price to pay for what you want to get.

Even though the method is different, the result seems to be the same, cut off the glans .

I would like you to tell us about inervation and the pleasure obtained during masturbation or sexual intercourse with a short penetration.
