According to your "Basic Information" you should not make "the next step in a nullo". Similar desire at me was shown at the age of about 13 years. It was powerful and did not leave any other alternatives for my body. Though externally I hid this feeling, always tried to look as the man.

I don't have any need for further body mods after my nullification. My body matches now how I feel / identify since puberty or even earlier. That's it. I can't see any reason why I should want any further mods.

For castration I understand, for penectomy it is less clear.

Thanks for the specifying question. Of course physically we become an eunuch not directly. Many people should go for this modification of a body on medical indications.

But I meant that some people have some psychological predisposition which is expressed in desire to take a similar step. Was considered earlier that it is a disease. But it is not treated. There is an assumption that this phenomenon lies at the genetic level of the specific person.
