Have any of you discovered a method of making the cock tiny after castration?

What treatment or no treatment?

Without having negative effects except a tiny dick

Cimetidine (Tagamet) 500 mg per day every day for 8 weeks. It works, by half for me. I don't want the damned thing anyway, so if it disappears, OK.

It is not written anywhere in the description of this drug that it causes the reduction of the penis.

Do you have more informations?

This one is worse, not only did it not cause any reduction in the size of the penis, but at least in France it is no longer marketed.

Do you have more informations?

First, the logic as to why Proscar (the brand name for Finasteride 5mg) shrinks the penis. Finasteride is a DHT blocker. It is sold as a prescription for two conditions. Finasteride 1mg (the generic for Propecia) is sold as a treatment for male pattern baldness. Finasteride 5mg is sold as a treatment for enlarged prostate (BPH).

Most testosterone is made by the testicles and some of it is processed by the liver into DHT (dihydrotestosterone). During puberty, DHT is important and causes many secondary sexual characteristics. DHT causes the penis to enlarge during puberty. If a boy is born with a micropenis the treatment is done in two stages. During the first months of life, the boy is given injections of testosterone to make up for a lack of testosterone he received in the womb. Then, during puberty, DHT is applied to the penis either as a cream or injections. It is proven to increase penis size in males with micropenis if DHT is given during puberty.

Therefore, the logic as to why a DHT blocker would decrease penis size is the opposite. Since DHT caused the increase in penis size during puberty, blocking DHT will over time decrease penis size in adult males. This assumes that continued DHT is required in a male to keep the gains he achieved during puberty.

DHT causes baldness and enlarged prostate. Obviously, if you are selling Finasteride (or were the owners of the patent for Proscar before the patent ran out) you would want to highlight how Finasteride can prevent or reverse baldness and how it can shrink an enlarged prostate.

There would have been very little incentive for the makers of Proscar to market it as a drug that shrinks the penis.

There was a great incentive to market it as a drug that reversed or prevented hair loss. In fact, that is exactly what happened. First, Finasteride was sold only for BPH. Men reported that their hair was growing back in. Being quick to see a profit, Merek (the maker of Finasteride), quickly did another study to see if Finasteride was effective to both reverse and prevent hair loss in men. Magic happened and the FDA allowed Finasteride 1mg to be sold as Propecia as both a preventative and restoration of hair loss.

Now, as reports came in regarding penis shrinkage, oddly, Merek did not pay for further studies to prove that Finasteride causes penis shrinkage. Most likely selling Finasteride as Phalliminate® in a 10mg strength with the slogan, "Was his penis always this small? Only his pharmacist knows for sure," wouldn't have earned Merck much profit.

I just searched Google for Finasteride penis shrinkage and it shows 86,900 results. Some of those results were for either Finasteride or Dutasteride (brand name Avodart). Dutasteride is a DHT blocker very similar to Finasteride.

Hope that helped.

{{{{ Edit}}}

I should have pointed out that Phalliminate (as in phallus eliminate) is a fictional drug. It was created in a fictional universe created by an author who uses the name Chirenon. He has a Twitter account that is easy to find. He is also on DeviantArt and SadoSam

But, I thought that IF Merck had decided to market Finasteride as a penis shrinker, Phalliminate would have made a great name.

Thank you for all these details, I have indeed just found the same information as you. However, finasteride has side effects that are not negligible, especially since when we have them, we keep them even after stopping treatment.

You are correct. Any medication that causes penis shrinkage is likely to have sexual side effects.
