Seeking story: boy tested by mom's hot assistant

I'm looking for a story I read 5+ years ago. I think it wasn't here at the Eunuch Archive but somewhere else that I found it. Here is what I remember about it.
The story is told from the perspective of a young man (I don't think it's first person, but the narration is from his point of view) whose mother works for some sort of facility that castrates men (whether it's a regular hospital, a men's clinic, or a straight up castration center I don't recall).
