I'm a 21 yo German guy seeking to get castrated.

The desire for castration arose on the onset of puberty, since my balls are too small for me and they just don't feel right.

My wish is to get my testicles removed and get bigger silicone balls installed instead. The new look would better reflect me.

Castration was a fantasy in teenage years, but I'm looking seriously since the start of adulthood. The wish to get castrated is constantly in my head.

As a gay top, I love to dominate guys. It would be really hot when "real guys" get dominated by an eunuch who has bigger balls than them.

I suppose those specific desires are quite rare.

After castration, I plan to get on TRT.

The fact I'm not castrated was due to health problems. I had to take care of that first before I take care of my balls. Which also ment canceling the appointment.

Now I'm finally good enough to pursue castration again. Well, there is always room for a positive surprise then.

I love that expression! Keep it real. It is a lot easier to get castrated now days, since male to eunuch is becoming accepted.

That sounds interesting. I have big issues with torsions and testicular pathology so I want mine out, but whilst UK doctors so far have acknowledged this, they have not agreed to do orchidectomy (and in one case the private consultant agreed and set a date, but the hosting hospital said they did not want something like that to be associated with them) so I am facing another referral! (This time to Charing Cross Hospital).

Anyway, as other folk have said, MtE is easy for Americans and people in Asia, but for us Europeans it can be tough because of the medical culture here (the gatekeeping of socialised medicine and its grip on clinical pathways, mostly).

If you find a clinic over the sea in Germany, please let me know if I'm not fixed up by then! Similarly, if I find a surgeon with their head screwed on properly in England I'll let you know if that helps.

You will always have time to do it. Take your time! You don't owe anyone anything! And they don't have to do it to please anyone's wishes!
