It looked like one of the young athletes was intent on protecting his jewels. The commentator said, "I like the hand placement." 🔨

13 years old Leo Landrø won the Bruno Award after having charmed the judges as well as the audience at the 2019 world Championships of Death Diving (old norse manhood test).

For certain it dressed protection which it held with a hand. Besides this position of hands helps to do as much as possible turns before entering water.

Cannonball!!!!!!!!!!

Oh wait, I meant a cannon to the balls. That's what this has got to feel like.

Somehow I dived from the ten-meter tower (chose the moment - the coach turned away). Without group of the body it very much wasn't pleasant to me. God with them (with balls) it is possible to break the backbone!

I ve heard of grown men splitting open the bottoms of their feet by cliff diving at Lake Mead, Lake Havasu, and Lake Powell. These teens and men in this contest truly are risking very serious injuries from the height they are diving from ! And they are not diving carefully to slice into the water when they hit. It looks like chaos and injuries are likely. A test of manhood all right ! Especially if they split their unprotected scrotums wide open ! None of them appear to be wearing jockstraps or nut cups under their thin swim trunks.

My 12 year old grand-godson's opinion on high dives is "Oh, hell no!"

He'll jump off the edge of the pool, or use a regular diving board, though.

And of course, he's always up for any other reckless behaviour not involving heights. Ironically, his room is a 2nd floor one, in a house up on a hill. 😄

To my horror always pulled me to the reckless behavior connected only with my personal risk of course... Under my thin swim trunks was nothing, however I never jumped in water from rocks :).

Really they should instal a "bubbler" in the pool to give the water a frothy aerated surface. Belly-floppers wouldn't be so painful. 💡
