I had a fascination with castration from my early teens. This fascination went and came back. It comes back faster each time and the period it stayed became longer each time. about 2 years ago the tought(desire) of having it done came to my mind in a none sexualised way. Also the desire to have it done becomes stronger

No I am at the point that I want no need to figure out if this desire is somthing I should act on. So many questions rush true my mind (isn't the desire part of the kink, why?)

Hey @swieke84, Welcome Home. You are in the right place.

MtE (male to eunuch) gender is becoming recognized more and more. My advice is to read as much as you can in the sticky notes on the forum and to start using a therapist. Your desires are very appropriate in that you have no intention to self-harm and have had thoughts of a crotch with no balls for a very long time.
