I wonder if the teacher posted all of the drawings on the bulletin board for everyone to see....

Looks to be the same quality of things I drew in kindergarten.
In my case the adults made me draw a self-potrait sometime during the first week of school. My first attempt ended up looking like a red blob, with a couple "eyes", a "nose", and three appendages. Nearly a year later at the end of this grade (I was in a year-round school, no summer breaks for us), I drew a decent self-portrait. The problem was this time I looked like a black Ernie from Sesame Street with three toes on one foot, and four on the other. Even at 5 years old I was removing things from my body, at least the portrait form of it. LOL
My guess on how black Ernie came about is I was in a mixed race kindergarten, and I didn't have a crayon that approximated my own skin color, so used one that approximated a classmates.
I'll be hanging these "portraits" in frames when I move to my new house... hopefully sometime in the next year.

When G3 was in 1st grade or so, he did a painting I called "Christmas Apocalypse". I digitized it and made prints. We framed them. It looked like a yellowing, dead, disheveled, bloody Christmas tree, hence the title.
Turned out, I had it upside down and it was Yugioh character or something like that.
To this day (he's 21 now) it still annoys him!
