Next, there are ways for a man to make his penis smaller. Most of them are temporary. The way a penis gets an erection is that it fills with blood. This spongy blood-rich tissue will atrophy if it isn't used - however, once you start to getting erections again, the tissue will once again go back to its original size.

I'm 22 years old and I guess I want to do it because its a fetish... Unfortunately I want it permanent. There has to be a way to do it. Whether is causing fibrosis, peyronie's disease, or surgery. I dont know.

Also: does penis injection cause shrinkage? (i know its dangerous btw)

Allow yourself not to change anything for now. Surely then you will have the opposite desire - to increase!
