Greetings from England

Greetings one and all.
I have been lurking on this site for over 20 years and have finally decided that now is the time to put pen to paper, so to speak.
Here goes:
Im a man in my early forties, based in the UK.
Having had a castration desire since my early teens, I embarked upon chemical castration in my twenties, stopping for a few years in order to father children.
During that time I developed chronic orchalgia and have been plagued with that ever since. Despite every treatment that our wonderful health service deemed to offer, the condition persists and the medical community have been of little help, seemingly wishing to preserve a chaps testicles at all costs, even though they cause excruciating pain and require the periodic administration of opiate-based medication and all the side effects that delivers.
Therefore the time has come to whip the little fellas off.
Having experienced chemical castration for a number of years and been subject to the effects of near zero testosterone levels, I am quite accustomed to the feeling and look forward to the permanent nature that surgery will bring.
In recent years I have developed an interest in penectomy, and now feel this needs to be factored into the clinical goal.
I am fortunate in having a loving partner who is on-board with my desires. She is very happy with me using a strap-on - seeing such as the ultimate always willing upgrade and prefers oral in any case.
Therefore with castration and a no-T future, a penis is simply not required either for her pleasure or mine.
Once this silly lockdown debacle is behind us, I will be seeking surgery from a centre that is sympathetic to our community.
I look forward to finally connecting with the EA community and welcome any questions.
Take care everyone.
