recommendations for urologist for castration in the midwest US

I am lucky to be on the path towards getting castrated, as I've got a valid diagnosis, the perquisite letters, and a referral appointment to a surgeon. However, that appointment is months away on the 20th of april, and I am realizing that my insurance may no longer apply before the actual date arrives (as it would be even further out to actually get the procedure preformed, perhaps as late as july), so I am looking to see if there was an outpatient clinic somewhere else with a quicker turn around. I talked to a doctor friend of mine tonight and he suggested reaching out to my current surgeon and presenting my timeline and they may work with that, as surgeons like doing surgeries. I plan on doing that, but it's not a sure thing, and I really want to make this happen in safe, efficient way. I'm not at all in doubt about this and I've been chemically castrated for some time, so I feel like a very quick case for a surgeon with an easy evaluation.
Does anyone here have recommendations for urologist for castration/ bilateral orchiectomy in the midwest area? I live in minnesota but I'm between jobs and have a loving, doting boyfriend so driving out to a nearby state is totally feasible for me. Hopefully someone has a personal recommendation, but really even general direction would be helpful. This system is pretty hard to navigate, even with the right pieces of paper. Tomorrow I'm going to try calling a variety of urologists in the area and just ask. My impression is that they won't even consider doing it for the most part, but I'm happy to call and get a few dozens 'no' if it means one 'yes'
I suppose it's also worth mentioning that I want my scrotum removed too, but if I have to do that later in order to get the orchi done efficiently and safely now, then I will wait. My ideal date would be on the 24th of march this year, but that's probably unlikely. Would be very cool though, and I hope I get at least some good news when calling around tomorrow. Thanks for reading. I'm very excited!
