Geoduck is delicious. It isn't cheap, though. The one on the scale in the Youtube goes for ¥3,000 (about U.S.$ 30.00).

Ah, Geoduck's freshly harvested from the sands of Northern California. Delicious... cut 'em up, batter 'em, Fry 'em and eat them like calamari.

I'm gonna have wet dreams about that sharp blade and it's swift, clean slices.
No reattaching after it's been cut 2-3 times and the insides squeezed out. I don't know why that gets me so hard.
