Hey, I am a dual-language speaker (English & Chinese), and when I was browsing the articles related to castrations on some Chinese medical webstsites, I found and collected some hormone results, especially the testosterone of 5 young patients.

Patient #1 (13-year-old): Testosterone 1.13 nmol/L , FSH 21.67 mIU/mL

Patient #2 (18-year-old): Testosterone 1.93 nmol/L , FSH 153.34 mIU/mL

Patient #3 (18-year-old): Testosterone 2.04 nmol/L , FSH 162.15 mIU/mL

Patient #4 (20-year-old): Testosterone 1.73 nmol/L , FSH 168.14 mIU/mL

Patient #5 (22-year-old): Testosterone 2.14 nmol/L , FSH N/A

Interesting. Before I went on TRT, my level came back at 120. I'm guessing that's the second number but I don't know for sure.

After I was castrated I took testosterone on and off for about ten years. Six months after I stopped my urologist said that my testosterone levels are unmeasurable. I asked him why. He said since I was taking testosterone my adrenal glands quit producing testosterone. Every time my checks my over the last twenty years he always says that my testosterone levels are unmeasurable.

I don’t know what these figures translate into on the standard ng/dL unit of measurement, but thanks for sharing.
