Need a new supplier for Depo Provera In-house meds not working

I’ve always used in-house for my Depo Provera. I’ve always took one shot every three weeks with complete success. No erections and no thoughts, had that calm and peace. Now only partial disability and constant thoughts. Maybe weak meds???? What is another supplier that I can try. We are hopeful to find a Dr soon for surgery including a scrotalectomy. I just ordered from in-house last week and it shipped the beginning of this week maybe try again I know internet has been slow this week
