My wife sort of brought up the subject of penectomy
Anyone who has followed my blog knows my wife recently discovered her lesbian side and had a fun fling with another woman. Well the fling ended but her newfound sexuality did not. Joking around I asked why she would want another woman when she had a perfectly good Eunuch and one on estrogen - with boobs to boot.
Boobs and hormones yes, but no other girly parts was her reply. Jokingly I told her if my penis bothered her it was a simple procedure to have it removed and I would be completely smooth down there. No, I would not get a vagina at my age but a penectomy was not out of the question. I was joking as I have never had the desire to remove a body part that has given me much pleasure over the years, despite falling into disuse recently due to estradiol and my wife's new sexual preferences. I could see on her face that the thought of my penis free crotch held some appeal, but her verbal response was a wistful "that would be really interesting".
Would I actually go through with having the little fellow amputated to satisfy my wife's sexual predilections? Well, given that I have recently worried over loosing her to a lesbian lover, not to mention it's relative uselessness......probably. But would she seriously want me dickless?......probably not.
But then I never really conceived of the notion that in her forties she would decide she was a lesbian.

Never say never. You wouldn't be the first one going from (unvoluntary) castration to complete nullo. If I'm not wrong, Justine77 took the same way. But don't make quick decisions. Take all the time needed and consider if YOU would feel comfortable without your penis. That's probably one of the most important questions.

Not to encourage you one way or the other... As a nullo, my penis gave me great pleasure, but it was still needing to go. What I can tell you is if you do it, your brain will rewire you to your new normal very quickly. It would be a short time before you couldn't remember what having a penis is like.

I don't want to advertise nullification too much, but I can confirm from own experience what LT said about it. I never missed my penis and there was never a feeling like "damn, why is there no penis". It felt almost immediately absolutely normal and comfortable. This was the biggest surprise that the transition went completely uneventful, no difficulty to adopt to the new anatomy.

Zero Depth Vaginoplasty is the only surgery of this type I’d consider. The results look like a vagina, but there is no hassle of the constant dilation process. That might be something for you to consider. I have to admit I’m a little excited for you.
How are your boobs coming along now, and did you delete your blog? I can’t find it anymore. Happy New Year, btw.

It's amazing that just a few short years ago, getting a penectomy was extremely difficult. Few doctors in the U.S. would ever agree to perform one per someone's request, but today, you can get almost any kind of genital surgery you want. Want to keep your penis and have a vagina? No problem. Dr. Satterwhite can do it for you. https://www.alignsurgical.com/ Scroll down to the bottom of the gallery.
You want to be castrated? No problem. Want labia after castration? Ask Dr. Wittenberg, she'll be glad to make you labia or a limited depth vagina. Want just a penectomy? No problem. Dr. Wittenberg will cut it off for you and make you completely smooth if that's what you want. So will Dr. Satterwhite. Want to keep your glans but remove the majority of your shaft? No problem. Dr. Wittenberg will whittle down you penis, cut out the shaft, and stitch the glans on top of your mons, so no more erections, but you can rub your huge glans like a big clitoris. She'll even close the pee hole and create a new one below your scrotum if you want. Dr. Wittenberg can split your scrotum in half, cut the suspensory ligament, pull your penis all the way down and stitch it in place. Then she can use the empty space on top to create a vagina, complete with labia. So essentially it looks like a real vagina with a penis hanging out the bottom. Amazing stuff and all true. https://www.mozaiccare.net/
Gender Expansive, Diverse & Fluid Intersex
Includes but not limited to:
Non-Binary, Bigenital, Salmacian, Aphrodisian, XenoGender
Prior Terminology
Non Binary Surgery
Gender Non-Conforming

Hi Stevenator, Well the boobs have pretty much settled with no discernable increase. Further, the nipples are now only slightly distended and no longer as sensitive. From what I've read this is pretty much normal after being on estrogen for awhile.

Re: My wife sort of brought up the subject of penectomy
I've really never considered a penectomy and doubt I'd actually pull the trigger, but the though has become intriguing. I am not able to use it on my wife due to ED but it still is responsive to oral. The wife does not miss it as its rare she desires penetration and prefers oral or, more often, her vibrator. I would only go through with such surgery if I could have the nerves salvaged leaving me something akin to a clitoris. I just don't know it that is possible, but do envy my wife who can bring herself to orgasm in minutes using her vibrator. I masturbate with a vibrating dildo but it can often take thirty minutes or more if I even have an orgasm through prostate stimulation.

Re: My wife sort of brought up the subject of penectomy
Happy New Year.
I mostly decide on things based on value. If I think something had enough value, then it is worthwhile considering to proceed.
Now I understand value is subjective and to some the value of removing the penis has enough value for psychological reasons.
Not taking that into consideration, I've thought of going the G.I. Joe look with a penectomy. However I have heard one of the biggest problem is urination and other problems associated with a much shorter urethra, making you more susceptible to infections. I would bet a majority of woman would love to have the freedom we have and write their names in the snow with fewer bladder infections. LOL.
Other than psychological reasons, I have yet to hear of a viable reason to have the surgery.
