I'm not a gamer, but I just learned that new game has genital customization? A trans man gave his character a vagina, which is interesting. I don't know if you can play as a eunuch or a nullo, because they focused on penis size and circumcision. But it's an interesting choice, and maybe in future patches you can be a transhuman cyborg eunuch.

Maybe possible. Or modders will enable it. Just make sure you get the PC version. Consoles are hard nose control freaks, when it comes to this kind of thing.

It's nothing to get too excited about. During character creations, you can choose between 3 sizes of penis, which come in 2 varieties (cut and uncut) or 1 form of vagina, or no genitals (ken-doll appearance) or underwear. You can also pick between a male or female voice. Genitals are not tied to a body model, so male shaped bodies can have vaginas and female shaped bodies can have penises.

The fact that you can pick/customize your genitals could have been ground-breaking in terms of what is allowed in a video game, except that it has no bearing at all in actual game-play. In fact, once you've finished creating your character, you will never see your genitals again, except in the "inventory screen" - it doesn't appear in in-game mirrors, when you look down in first-person-view at your body or in the games "photo-mode".

So on one hand, it's one of the first AAA games to even give the option of having a trans character (which is great) but ultimately since it has no bearing on game-play its all abit pointless. All in all, it was basically a marketing gimmick to generate some advertising interest and controversy in the game.

As I understand it, if you choose the large tits or large male gentials... um... you will see them. Apparently there is a bug in the game that makes the tits look like the person is wearing a stripper outfit without cloth over the nipples when you pick the Chesty Love setting, and on the King Dong setting the dick apparently breaks the zipper on the trousers.
