How low can I go?

I have castrated about 4 years ago. Currently on a full dose of Testosterone Replacement, tried to stop HRT a few times in the past, but could never pass the 6 weeks mark. every time at 5th week, I started to become a little depressed or start to have lower back pain. have you guys experience any of that, I want to be on a minimum dose without any libido, and without any breast growth.

I started out at the full dose also but after awhile, I started reducing the dose by half what was prescribed. At that time was 5mg daily but was in two doses of Androgel daily so, I started using one dose giving 2.5 daily. That was good for me . Later insurance switched me to fortesta at 10 mg per dose and was prescribed 2 "shots" per day. I have been using 1 10mg pump dose daily for quite some time but often adding another one on after a shower. When I am not very busy, I can skip a dose with no ill effects. Longest I went without any was 10 days to see how I reacted. Actually, we were going to go on a 10 day Alaskan cruise and I wanted to see how I would react if TSA confiscated it. They didn't since it was a prescription. But I was fine. I can't do that often but know I can do it. On the breast growth, my urologist said to expect some as an afereffect of using replacement testosterone. And, I have some but that is not too bad. Not yet and don't expect to go that far. Libido is down on the lower dose use. At my age that is no problem.

I have been about 4 years with no testosterone. Side effects are minimal. My libido, though diminished, remained. I gained about 20 pounds, mostly around the belly. My energy levels were lower and I experienced mild brain fog. Breast growth was definitely noticeable. Otherwise, lacking testosterone is no big deal for me.
