my gelding

Hi all, i have decided to put my experience down . I have put odd comments in various places but but not done story completely . Having had an interesting sex life but not fantastic, I have had quiete a few partners and two wives. My favourite sex was humping another mans wife while he watched either masturbating or joining in. Another enjoyable thing was sex outside then swinging clubs , but the wife was worried about the risk . She liked to watch me but limited her exploits to oral sex. It was not until I hit 60 and women stopped flirting with me and my wife lost interest ,but my sex drive was still very strong that my thoughts were that sex was becoming a problem. sex is like alcohol a good servant but a bad master. I have always had an interest in castration since I was a teenager and kept pigs , it was strange i envied the pigs having their balls removed (strange). So my thoughts turned to castration. Having found a site on the internet talking about it I became a fan. People were talking about how to do it ! The favourite was clamping ( burdizzo ) and banding. I tried making clamps and putting my ideas on line , I was trying them out . I went to sleep overnight with what I thought would do the job. I still have faint scars. This was sexually exciting I was masturbating while painfully clamping my cords. I made so many attempts but did not think it worked , I did post on line that I had but I was still ejaculating and getting erections. The site I was on disappeared ( people tribe I think it was called). It was then I found eunuch.org and CACL injections and this is what I did .The first time nothing seemed to happen I read up more info mixed the ca cl with Vodka , increased the amount plus stirring as I injected. Boy o boy that was the sexist thing I have ever done, and masturbated after. My balls swelled to the size of large duck eggs. I almost panicked almost and went to A&E but they went down . I was disappointed that after settling down I was back to as before. This lasted for a time then my sex drive vanished my erections got fainter and eventually disappeared. Visits to the doc have confirmed my testosterone level has plummeted and I am sex less ( I have forgotten the technical term). Luckily I was getting tested during my urologist visits , and was given a PSA test that was positive. I have had my prostrate removed , I now test negative. This has left me with a very small penis but still have dead balls (but shrinking) , they are now like almond nuts that are breaking in half. No suggestion of removal by urologist. My only desire now is ball removal, I have twice contacted a cutter but thats as far as I have got, A. the cost and covid travel problems and B just getting the drive to go. I have considered a DIY but the thought of losing it half way , is stopping me. My balls being so small will mean a very small hole in my scrotum. I add I am in the UK and get cut is not easy

You are not alone. There are quite a few married men with similar stories. With us, a bit different reason but the same end results. Mismatched libido with my wife. Initiated a discussion on this. She did not want her drive increase. So, did a four year chem trial. Then ethanol injections when she read that long-term hormone use can be unhealthy. Last year she commented that my libido was returning. After going through four urologists, had my orchiectomy October 2019.

Thank you for sharing your story Philethelast. The results you shared could help other men as they navigate to an answer of yes or no to having themselves castrated.
That said, I would caution to please not discuss cutters here on EA. We know they exist, but any specific mention of impending plans to use one, or how to get in touch with one, would be best kept out of here.
Now, if you're like me and used one in the past, I suppose it's ok to talk about your experience, again, not pointing anyone to that non-medically approved resource.
Thanks!

@losethem I have a serious question (being serious for once). I'll first say I'm not considering this so don't think I'm making a decision based on your response.
Is there much difference in the actual process of a dog being neutered and a human having his testicles removed? I'm not planning to do this, I don't even want to have my balls taken, but I'm wondering about the simplicity of the procedure. A dog can be neutered safely in like 5-10 minutes by an experienced vet. Later the dog is up and moving around not much aware that they lost anything. I'm just wondering if mine are as vulnerable and expendable?

We used to live on a small hobby farm, our neighbors and very good friends were veterinarians. They took care of all of our minor injuries, even setting a broken arm. Their sutures were so neat! During his early days as a bachelor in a small apartment building, he took care of all the STDs people in the building ended up with. I would be very comfortable being castrated by either of them, or most of the other farm vets I met for that matter.

I'd love to work a summer on a farm like that just so I could have the experience and say I did it. I think I'd be good at it.

@rogerwpbfl I would think the dog is perfectly aware of his neutering, if for nothing else the giant Elizabethan collar (
https://amherstvethospital.com/2015/02/ ... term-gain/) it has to wear until the wound heals. I suppose we could also think that dog is a result of the coupling of the old RCA Victor dog and the gramophone (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nipper) it looked longingly at, and its neutering is a result of not wanting that mistake to breed.
As I am not a vet, nor a doctor, I have no opinion on which species of mammal is easier to castrate. I'd suppose you'd be as easy to castrate as any other creature who has its gonads hanging outside of its body (
https://comment-cdn.9gag.com/image?ref= ... 700w_0.jpg).
As for the amount of time it takes to castrate a dog vs. a human... well, if the dog dies, a child somewhere cries in agony and then buries Fido the dog-gramophone hybrid, in the backyard. If a human dies, there is all sorts of paperwork, family notifications, funeral arranging, hand wringing, crying, incineration, and pending law suits, so I'm guessing a doctor takes more time to avoid that scenario if they're neutering a human.
There are a couple of doctors in California, one in Michigan, and at least one in Tijuana just across the border from San Diego, who can help you once you decide you'd like to go for the speed record. I'm guessing you'll have a difficult time beating the time I saw for a guy going from intact to nullo of 2-minutes, 30-Seconds I saw in a video on a site which shall remain nameless.

Whoahhh I’m not looking to beat a speed record, I’m just coming to terms with how vulnerable these jewels actually are. I’ve always felt invincible but I’ve had a few close calls from banding and other “experimenting” for pleasure. I’m addicted to the risk and adrenaline rush but I don’t think I ever want to actually go full nullo. Unless there are some beautiful blondes involved haha
