Hi, how effective is MPA? And I guess it's available in the tablet form as well - Google: Farlutal. I wanna have my sex drive completely eliminated. Farlutal is available in my country (just like Depo Provera).

Don’t use Medroxy progesterone use micro iced progesterone as it the same as the real thing

I used it and an estrogen patch for 6 weeks and my testosterone went from 644 to 7.8 my estrogen went from 29 to 136

Everybody is different though.

The best way of taking MPA is through the depo (provera) injection. Farlutal used to be available in depo form but not anymore. Note that farlutal is less effective, gram for gram, than provera as it is less bio-available (which I believe is why the depo form was withdrawn). In my experience it did remove my libido and eliminate spontaneous erections although you could still get an erection if you actually decided you wanted one. Much less fantasising and no morning erections (that was really nice). It's also not debilitating; I didn't find I was weaker than I had been without it, which is a lot of people's experience with a pure anti-androgen like cyproterone (Androcur). If I could get it easily, I would have stayed on it much longer.

The convience is an issue in my case. I would prefer tablets over injections, because I have no-one who'd take care of injecting me. Also, I'm gonna do it fully legally, asking my sexuologist to prescribe me medroxyprogesterone.

Dose for dose, oral medications are much harsher on the liver than injections. Having said that, I took Androcur. But I am under close monitoring of my liver and kidney functions.
