weaker erections even with T?

So a bit about me first, I am 36 years old and lost both of my testicles when I was 19 due to health issues from a car crash [mix of breaking my hip/upper leg and the bones nicking some stuff causing inflation, trama and having a full body cast being a bit too tight], and have been on T since I was 20. I have been on and off T and have had a lot of changes in my T levels since then based on my needs and want at the time [IE I have never had more than a 3 month time on the same level of T]. My doctors btw is very liberal on how much T he allows his patients, and is willing to push it up or bring it down in stages

I have noticed over the past few years that on a base level of T it is taking longer and longer to get an erection and they tend to be weaker and weaker, with me needing to bump up my levels of T to get back to where I was. Any other Eunchs going through this? It is possible its just a side effect of my accident/other health stuff, but its getting to the point where I am considering a penile implant as while currently I can keep bumping up my T, eventually when everything goes back to normal I wont be able to keep it as high as I have it in polite society

Any thoughts?

You're pushing 40 now. :DThings are going to start to go south. While it could be related, your body is like a higher mileage car. Things just eventually going wrong! I think many of us here can attest to that.

I’ve dealt with ED since before my castration and although I can get erect it’s never enough for penetration. My suggestion is to enjoy what you have and don’t worry over what you don’t. You are in good company as millions of men suffer from ED. Just don’t let it kill your ability to enjoy sex as so many of them do. Lesbians manage quite well without a penis and so can we.

My first thought it to have blood work done to check things like you estradiol levels. Also you didn't mention if you've tried Cialis or Viagara?

Two other things that could be a contributing are blood sugar levels. Have you gone through lower-T periods before? It's low-T and high blood glucose often go hand in hand. Also, are you taking any bronchio-dilators, like asthma meds or Sudafed? These can certainly interfere with erections.

I am not sure what your TRT protocol is. A lot of folks are on 10 Day injection cycles that equate to about 100mg per week.

You could try micro dosing say 30mg every other day to see if this helps.

I am also on HCG not that I have any nuts to plump up but it does help with other things.

My protocol is 20mg test cypionate and 200iu of HCG every other day.

It does sound a bit leftfield but when doing this I get rock hard boners.

I am 62 and have not had erections like this for ages.

The thing with micro dosing is it gives a very stable more natural delivery of T.

On the downside its a bit of an arse ache injecting every other day.
