I know I can do some slight male genital reduction by taking anti-androgens. But I really want my small balls pulled up tight and the length and width of my penis reduced significantly. I found a surgeon in Detroit Michigan that was willing to remove my complete penis and balls with scrotum but he does not do cosmetic urological surgery.

Can anyone help me find a competent surgeon? Could also be outside the USA.

Btw, I met with Dr Marc Arknoff in a burb just outside of Detroit. http://www.myorchie.com/ He and his staff are very professional and legit performing the surgery in a hospital next to his office. He normal work is urological conditions with a packed office but does orchietomies as a very successful side offering without questions. He really lighted up seeing my beautiful tight slender body, was friendly and easy to talk with; and tried to convince me to get it all completely removed, but am not there mentally yet. ��

I'm sorry I can't help you with your questions about the size reduction as I don't know if there are any surgeons who offer this kind of surgery and also have performed it successfully.

I just wanted to point out to never let Dr. Arnkoff modify your genitals. You won't be satisfied with the results. A simple orchiectomy without scrotal removal seems to be okay at Dr. A., but for everything else like penectomy or nullification there are much better surgeons in the US available. Dr. A. may be cheap and not asking much questions, but always keep in mind you get what you pay for.

And just another thing to think about: why not going straight towards nullification, if this is your final goal? Reducing the genitals' size would mean additional surgery, recovery time and money on your way to become a nullo.

Internal messaging is the same as private message (PM). You need 5 posts in total before you can use this function. You already made 3 posts, so 2 more should be sufficient.

There is also at least one more surgeon with good reputation, but I currently don't know his name any more. But here are some members from the US who could advise you in case you are interested in nullification.
