story about penis store?

Hey all,

A while back I found a story about a penis store and have thought about it a lot since then and cannot find it again. I did find a story in the archive about a shop where criminals had to surrender their penises as part of punishment, but it is not the same story I am looking for.

In this story customers could come in and sell their penises and/or buy new ones to replace their current one. There was one boy who traded his in for another smaller but more aesthetic penis. When the penises were detached they were also effectively dildos, until a new customer bought them and had them attached. That is about all I remember of this story. Ring any bells for anyone?
