The "new blood" conversation has happened here periodically. At some point the people who run this place will not want to, and will need help in making a transition to other leadership. I agree 1000% with the people bitching, but never wanting to do anything. I was always hearing bitching when I was running a site, but not a single one of those bitches wanted to lift a finger to help. I'd encourage anyone who wants to complain about something on any site, especially those run by a few people trying to benefit many others, is that they do it to provide a service to our small community. They do not have the resources of a Google or Facebook to make programming changes, and keep things as up to date as you'd like. I would get that often. I'd get comments from people that thought it was a simple as clicking a checkbox to make something new and wonderful happen on a website - spoiler! It isn't.

My biggest concern with the EA is the lack of folks stepping up, and by that I don't mean the current administrators. It's the biggest resource for research information that is truthful, but it's on a platform that is different than how younger people consume the Internet today.

The biggest surprise to me these days in the community, no matter where I see it online, is it seems there is a shift from the majority wanting castration and instead they want nullification. That's a sharp change I've seen in just the last five years. I'd say it's at least a 50/50 split now, of course that's just pulled out of the air. But it is definitely going more that direction.

Coming full circle, I think "The Five" work well together, not because of similar regular life backgrounds; they work well because of their common desires surrounding eunuchs and nullification.
