I've been using Bio Labs BIO-EST 2.5 cream for a month now and just got my blood test done at the lab yesterday and got the result back this morning. My estradiol is 33ng/dl which is up from 2/28/20 which was <2 ng/dl then so this product really works. I was only using 1 pump a day to get those results and now am going up to 2 pumps day. My goal is to get my level over 50 pg/dl to help with my osteopenia. So if there is anyone looking for something that really works here it is. I'm only paying just over $27 for a 1 month supply with auto reorder every month.

Good for you. I had heard on another forum that body cream type of E wasn't worth it. Let us know how it goes.

Urologist called today about my May 5th appointment now it's an phone call being done because I don't know how to video chat. I've been having all my test results sent to him and my psychiatrist notes saying testosterone effects my medications and I am doing great without testosterone. I'm trying to get the urologist on board with the estrogen therapy and have him take over my treatment. I have my fingers crossed

Video chat is easy. You can do it with a phone, computer or tablet. Depending on what is used, you may need an account, such as with Skype, or just a URL, as with Hangouts. It all depends on what the doctor uses. Also, if you have an Android phone or tablet, you can use Duo and iPhones have Facetime. Lots of choices.

Feminization doesn’t happen fast, especially at 70+ so experiment with dosage and back off if things seem to be going the wrong way. I can’t stress enough though to only use estrodiol and not any other forms of E.
