Hi everyone, I'm new member here. I'm a 59 years old gay with a partner during the last 15 years. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, on oral treatment. My libido decreased considerably and have erectile disfunction. My partner have only 42 years, passive gay with sexual activity outside our relation since I start with ED. I started to take Dietilestilbestrol orally since 6 months ago, an estrogen medication to decrease more my testosterone production. As a secondary effect my breasts grow three times of initial size. My partner agree with me to practice a surgical nullification because our sexual life is dysfunctional and is over. I decide to step up and I will look for a surgeon in my county to practice the surgery. I want to remain as a male, but nullified. I will thanks any advise. Carlos.

Welcome home. There has to be an SRS surgeon in Dade County somewhere and MTE or MTN is becoming as recognized as MTF as a sexual identity.

You might get your answer from this post. But, also, read some of the posts in the appropriate forums - the "sticky notes" are the best. Those are the ones that always stay at the top of a sub-forum.

I'm on 2.5 mg estrogen cream and I feel great. I'm going to get blood work next month to see what my levels are. I'm not sure where I want my levels to be. Hopefully I can get a doctor to help me.

Great for you Chesleyt, hope your testosterone levels be low. My estrogens tablet cause gynecomastia but really it doesn't bother me. My goal is decrease Testosterone levels and make nullification surgery.

I'm already castrated. Was done just a year ago last week. Had blood work done and my levels were in the normal range for a Male. My testosterone is below castration level. I've doubled my dosage and am trying to get it up to 66 ng/dl hopefully I'll feel better. I have a phone appointment with my urologist and am trying to get him on board with my treatment. If not I've just found a GP that treats transgender people and am going to call her.
