Hi,

I do not know whether this podcast is known to you.

I did not find it on the EA.

It gives a very good historical perspective.

Take (Corona)Care,

Vesal.

Thankyou for posting this, I found it very interesting and informative. I absolutely love the BBC podcasts! (I think the BBC "Desert Island Discs" series of podcasts are my favorites)

As I listened, and then re-listened, I could not help but notice that the female (Karen Radner) seemed extremely nervous and excited about this subject. I could hear a shakiness in her voice and a lot of nervous giggling, that and her seeming enthusiasm for castration when she commented "a very simple solution for the problem..." and such. Maybe I am just seeing (or hearing) what I want to see, but I think she was excited about the whole castration thing. Anyone else get that impression?
