Sounds like something a 13 Y.O. would do. What the ER will do is drill a hole in the bottle let air in, to equalize pressure. They may choose to cut the larger part of the bottle off. They would then use a very fine surgical saw and cut the bottle neck in a couple of places to free the testicle.

You may want to brake the bottle then use a vice to brake the neck. I would cover it with something first.

Depending on the size of the testicle and bottle opening, the pain involved in collapsing the testicle small enough and distorting the tough outer shell enough to fit into most bottle openings would make most 13 year olds and certainly most grown men feel so much pain that they would break the air seal in agony.

Wrestlers get skin boils from germs on wrestling mats and other wrestlers skin getting into tiny skin abrasions during matches. Drs use a heated bottle sealed on the skin over those closed skin boils to suck out the infected debris and open the sealed boil to heal better. Even tough wrestlers groan during these treatments. Doing that to a whole testicle would be unbelievably painful. Few males could hold still and not break that seal in so much nut pain.

You should fit into that bottle or a Gatorade bottle without much difficulty. Flavor is up to you. Now if you used a glass 16oz Pepsi bottle, I'd be truly impressed.

LOLOL... the openings are bigger but these eggs still aren't sliding easily into Gatorade or any other bottle. I imagine there will be a lot of pressure and pain letting one get sucked in. No way would I try both, I'm not turning them to mush.
