So I while ago I was playing with some ideas where teenagers in puberty would be modified based on the results they achieve in studies.

There are a few stories where mods are done to those who perform poorly, in order to remove distraction, or as punishment.

On the other hand I think it also makes sense to pick the top students and modify them so they would never be concerned with lowly sexual matters, instead they'd continue performing and help humanity progress.

Of course that kind of creates a problem where the best people wouldn't procreate, which is counter-productive; but in a world with such rules that would probably be taken care if by other means.

Cases have also been made about athletes, particularly males, being modded to adjust testosterone levels.

And of course I'm aware that doing genital mods in order to 'remove distractions' is nonsense but let's roll with it for the sake of fun and fantasy.

Which route makes more sense to you? Cull the underperforming or make sure the best remain that way?

I‘ve always been an A student and I have nearly 9 3/4”, so feel free to mod me in your story anyway you’d like. Sounds fun.

Hey @K.A.dick.

Sperm storage is always a way to keep the genetics going after removing the distraction of base urges.

Maybe a story where every guy gets clipped? All the guys walk out of the surgical center with a bandage covering two inguinal incisions.

The B-class students have had their balls replaced with prosthetics and the nerves to the penises have been cut. With their sperm safely stored in 4 different locations, the human race will continue to have smart people to solve problems - you're just gonna love all the solutions or you might not like them so much. We'll see.

The C-class students just have had a vasectomy to make sure their sperm stays out of the gene pool. Plus the suspensory ligaments to their penises have been shortened to give them no bigger than 2" when hard.

The D-class students have had both vasectomy and penis enlargements. Hey, we gotta keep the females happy, right?

But, none of the students knows what surgery was performed on them until months go by and they slowly figure out their fate.

The A-Class Students with over 9.5" of prime USDA swinging beef, 6 pack abs, a bubble butt that strains any speedo's ability to hold it, movie star good looks, the ability to charm with only a smile and a wink, and a cute monkey on their shoulder get a special session with the headmistress from the all-female college next door. Her neo-genetic experiments are designed to give women both an excellent experience in bed and some intelligent conversation. All the female biology students have a chance to experiment with this specimen.

You could do vasectomies or castrations on all males and determine how many babies they get to sire by frozen sperm banking long after they all stop shooting live ammo loads. No more unintended pregnancies at any age as the ranks of fertile males get replaced by males who are all uniformly sterilized as teen males The high achievers in all fields, sports, academics, music, art, literature, work, warriors, looks, muscular development, etc. Get to sire the most babies. The lowest performers are non breeders. But only punished males would be left unable to enjoy sex by castration with no T replacement. Volunteers could choose castration with T replacement as an alternative to vasectomies.

That's quite a hilarious scenario
