Stores asking for reviews of mundane items...

Frankly, I don't want to review my latest haircut, purchase of a box of cereal, etc.
The big blue box hardware store is asking me to review mundane items Ok, big blue hardware, you asked for it!
"The Sharkbite 3/4 inch pipe cap works amazingly well. So well in fact, I'm buying another one to cap off my mother-in-laws mouth so I don't have to hear her complain I'm not good enough for her son."

My local Office Depot asks for a review of every single item, regardless of how small. Box of paperclips??? I think I'll follow LT's lead and review them all....

My Supermarket forces its employees to ask for reviews of their service in exchange for points on the magic customer card. You can get pennies off for each gallon of gas.

Same here. Wherever you go, whatever you buy, there's a spiel of "log onto this site, review...la la la..." You can't even get gas in peace anymore, with talking gas pumps and their ads. As for the reviews, I think I'll start doing the same thing.
