To our knowledge, there is no medically qualified person (doctor or otherwise) in Europe presently willing to assist those who seek to have their testicles removed. There are some in the USA, one in Mexico, and one or two in Asia, but Europe seems to be lagging on this compared, unfortunately.

Hi, I have been a UK member for a few years but have observed, not commented up to now. I've researched the availability of undergoing bilateral orchiectomy in Europe. I have a psychiatric assessment that recommends that my sex drive be reduced or eliminated because of an over-active and somewhat destructive libido. (I suffer with an obsession about amputees which dominates my mind and distorts my daily life) Even with my professional recommendation I can find no one in the UK or 'Western Europe' willing to perform the procedure. I did locate a urologist in Poland but he kept increasing his fee; reaching £10,000 by the time I was about to book the flights. This did not even include the removal of my scrotum which was an important part of my neutering process. Further research revealed that some medical facilities in Israel and Turkey will carry out the procedure and I am pursuing those avenues now. If any other member of EA have hints or tips please do let me know, either here in the forum or via a DM. Regards Steve

Thanks, It a pitty that it is no possible here, and like Poland you says the fee is unpayable high. I don't no why it is so forbidden to change your body it you wanted as a men. And kinds have no word in it if they are circumsiced.

And Yes it is morefifficult if you want the scrotum too.

We had an SM hospital in Antwerp but it was closed, if it can in view by police, but at that time the docter was just died. They said there comes a new one, but if there is a new one, how can we conatct them if it is not allowed, they can't make publicity about it because of police control.

Hopefully one Day we find the right solution, or it must become legal.

I can only speak for the situation in Germany. Here it isn't impossible to find a surgeon. In fact, there are actually some surgeons willing to do even a complete nullification. But they need at least one therapist letter confirming some kind of gender dysphoria, similar to transgender. And to get this letter you need counseling with a therapist. The way is much the same as with mtf and ftm transgender people. The price for nullification is currently somewhere between 10000 to 11000 EUR.

Twice in the past few years we have flown round trip to Germany for $650USD and $750USD respectively. I can't imagine flights being much more from Europe to the USA. One surgeon in North Carolina will do a bilateral orchiectomy and scrotal removal for around $3,000 and she treats people from all over the world. Plus North Carolina is a beautiful state to visit. So there is a viable alternative for Europeans who can afford around $4,000.

My orchiectomy was in germany but there were years of therapy and antiandrogens before the surgery. Definetly not easy.

I can echo fellow Europeans posts here.

Not easy to get professional help at all.

Getting done overseas (Say a plane trip away) has one major problem.

You are a long way from home if things go pear shaped.

I can cite a couple of recent cases where there has been complications.

Though none of them were major but could have been more serious if the wrong action was taken.

I think Germany is better than most countries .

UK mainly NHS and not really tuned into the non binary thing and funding is tight at the moment.
