Is calcium chloride the only solution for castration? I wish to get rid of the testicles by a chirurgical intervention, but here is impossible to get it ( even illegally )

If you can buy some sterilizing syringe filters you can make your own from 95 proof pure vodka and solid CaCl2. A 30% solution works very well. See the CaCl2 thread.

I've made a number of contributions to that thread. I recommend reading as much of it as you can handle. Lots of warnings about what can go wrong and how to do it right.

CaCl2 dissolves in ethanol, so it's just a matter of mixing them.

Ethanol is illegal in my country to buy.

I injected 2ml 10% CaCL2 in each testicle this is the second time I do this. ( The first time I injected 1.5 in each 10% CaCL2 )

Is that enough to get necrosis? My plan is to go to a urologist and get them removed.

Also what are the chances that a doctor discovers what I really did?

I am a physician and a eunuch. Injection is not sufficiently safe to recommend it. It's certainly a hell of a lot safer than banding, burdizzo, DIY amputation, or <shudder> a cutter. There are now several surgeons scattered around the country that will do voluntary castrations in a safe medical environment. They aren't free, but they may be cheaper than DIY methods. I know because since 2017, I have purchased two major professional services. My castration by a trained and experienced Urologist at a nearby Surgery Center was considerably less expensive than my father's funeral. It is worth it to save up for the safe castration and avoid the funeral.

I searched cutters in Russia but I didn't find them so this is my easiest solution.

No one should recommend self-surgery. Very dangerous. Lose your grip on an artery and you could pass out and bleed to death.

Anything is better than self-castration. Specially with caustic chemicals. I would never recommend CaCl injections. There is a chance you could end up in the ER or worse. Very unpredictable.

Last October I had my orchiectomy using a local urologist. Yes, it was a bit of work and required patience to find the right one. We decided to up-play the pain issue. My wife and I went through three urologists, none were sympathetic to really solving the pain. Our primary care doctor knows my wife has low libido. I emailed her asking if she knew a surgical urologist. She recommended this last one who really understood. Now "pain" and testicle free -- in a save environment.

No it is not the only solution. There are several forms of chemical castration. Probably the safest, cheapest, and most effective is Provera which is the brand name for Medroxyprogesterone (Progesterone is a female hormone). If you take it in tablet form you should take 10 mg a day. It takes about 2 months to completely reduce your Testosterone level to castrated levels. I know 2 months may seem like a long time since you badly want to rid your body of testosterone but it really isn't. You should start noticing a difference after 2 or 3 weeks or a month at the most. Do this for 6 months and that will give you a pretty good idea of what is like to be a castrated eunuch without Testosterone. You should be able to buy Provera on an online pharmacy at a reasonable price. I buy my Estrogen at InHouse Pharmacy so try that one. If Provera doesn't come up on their list then look under either Progesterone or Medroxyprogesterone. These would all be under the heading Transgender. If you are happy and satisfied after the 6 month period then you might as well be physically castrated. Search for a qualified surgeon such as a Urologist or Endocrinologist to perform the procedure. It will cost some money but it will be well worth it. If you have any questions then by all means ask away. I myself have been a eunuch for 16 years so I fully understand all of this having been thru the wars and battles so to speak. I would avoid injecting anything into your testicles due to potential dangers which could threaten your life.
