I was castrated for medical reasons last year and everything that could go wrong did. Now I have no balls I'm impotent and no medications will help me and I have a high libido again. At first after I healed wich took 9 months I was ok sexually then I lost my libido but still could have sex with some difficulty then slowly I lost that function and the libido came back now I'm just plain horny and can't do anything about it. I quit taking my testosterone 11 days ago and am waiting for my libido to go away for ever. Has anyone else experienced anything like this

I have a similer problem I was castrated 2 years ago and I had a sex and high libido for about a year after was on testosterone then stopped it a year ago, I now take Estrofem 2mg daily and it does help libido is low but can still get hard if I try and wake some days with a morning erection, my doctor also gave me the little blue pill (Viagra) which helps if I need it.

Have you tried Viagra? I know it does not work for everyone but it does help me, and the Estrofem helps to keep me happy and my bones in good shape.

Hope this helps a little

I had trouble with ED before castration but was on cialis 5 mg daily and it was working great it's just the synthetic testosterone that isn't working for me so the other ED treatments haven't worked and pumping is a joke. With a high libido it's a living hell for me. I ordered some estrofem 1 mg and just need to know how often I should take it. I'm going to try going without any hormones first and see if I can do that long term and live like that.

You may want your doctor to do hormone labs and include estrogen E2 with it. You could be getting too much conversion of T to E which will mess with erections. Or just drop the T and take 1-2mg of E per day for a low libido and good health.

I wouldn't suggest you go without hormones. Your bones will not like it and will deteriorate.

I had my t and e tested and they were right on track and I've tried the multiple ED meds and they don't work anymore I had extensive surgery for the last testicle

That caused nerve damage my penis is numb and my lower left groin as well.

18 days off testosterone and am feeling good. Just had prostate surgery Thursday and am glad that my libido isn't driving me crazy now. If I did want to have sex I couldn't even if I wanted that's prohibited for 6-8 weeks.

Good to hear you are starting to get the positive aspects of low T and hope you enjoy the break from it.
