I'm searching for a story and I can't find it

The story is about a woman that brings home a device, a stool I think, from her work? and when her husband asks what it is/does she shows him how it works by sitting on it herself, as in: here would my balls hang if I had balls, and then convinces him to sit on it too, he does reluctantly and she fixes his scrotum in place with a clamping device under the stool or something. Then their neighbour? walks in and sees what they are doing, she thinks she is really castrating her husband and then gets interested.

Does anyone know the storys name?
