I am 21, I have a bad erection and I like it.

After arousal, it quickly becomes soft and lethargic.

There are medications with known side effects of both causing erectile dysfunction, loss of sensation from the penis and an inability to ejaculate.

I'm not sure if there is one medication that causes all of the above.

Loss of sensation and an inability to ejaculate can be caused by pain medications and antidepressants. It makes sense. The idea of pain medications is to stop the pain signals from reaching the brain. There are several ways these meds work. Some can leave a penis still able to get hard and unable to cum. Some leave the ability to orgasm but, the orgasm either has less pleasure or no pleasure at all. Many antidepressants are well known to cause anorgasmia (the inability to ejaculate). Some over the counter meds also cause sexual side effects. Cough medications that contain DXM can cause delayed or inability to ejaculate.

I'm on effexor and have all those side effects plus loss of labido I guess that's why they call it no sexor but it works great for all my mental problems so I've learned to live with it. it's nice to not be thinking about getting off all the time.
